Processing Times & Shipping Times
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed once we’ve received your order
For domestic orders, please allow 3-5 business days for Standard shipping after processing. For Express shipping, please allow 1-2 business days after processing.
Shipping Policy
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong address or unsuccessful delivery attempts. We are not liable for unanticipated delays due to bad weather conditions.
In the case of missing or lost parcels, refunds will be processed only upon official confirmation from Australia Post.
Dispatch Times
We will aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification either via email or SMS which will include a tracking number and link where you can track the progress of your order via Australia Post.
Delivery Delays
Once your order has been sent, any delays caused by the delivery company are outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible. However, we will do our best to help with any issues that arise. Shipping times are provided as an estimate by the delivery companies and may vary depending on the destination.
Return to Sender
It is the responsibility of the customer to enter and confirm the correct address before completing the checkout process. If delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to sender due to an error made by the customer or failure to collect from a collection point (if applicable), we will contact the customer to arrange re-shipment at their own expense.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an order and receive a refund, this is possible as long as the order has not been processed and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@drybabe.com.au. We also reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any orders at our discretion.
