Return Policy

All sales are final. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be offered. We do not offer exchanges, refunds or accept cancellations for change of mind. 

If your item is defective or does not match your order, please email us at hello@drybabe.com.au with the subject line: Return and #OrderNumber within 7 days of receiving your order, with a photo of the item and the reason for return. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only offer exchanges if the item(s) are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

If you need an exchange, please send us an email at hello@drybabe.com.au with the subject line Exchange and #OrderNumber.

Returns must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, accompanied with their original packaging and reach us within 30 days from the date of receiving your parcel. 

Please note for exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). We will ship out your replacement free of charge once only.

Refunds (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Please then contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@drybabe.com.au
