How do I contact Dry Babe customer service?

Do you have a physical store?
We don't currently have a physical store but if you require pick up from the Northern Beaches in Sydney please contact us.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
If a product is no longer available online it will be marked as “out of stock” on the website product page. You can also enter your email if you would like to be notified when the item is back in stock.
How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel an order and receive a refund, you may do so as long as the order has not yet been processed & shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@drybabe.com.au. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any orders at our discretion.
SHIPPING
How long after I place my order, will it be shipped?
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed once we've received your order.
How do I track my order?
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via email, which will include a tracking number and link where you will be able to track your order.
Do you offer local pick up for orders?
We offer local pickup from Collaroy, on the Northern Beaches of NSW. Select the 'Local Pickup' option at checkout, and contact us via email to arrange a suitable time for pickup.
What if my delivery is delayed?
Once your order has been shipped, any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for these delays; however we will do our best to assist with any issues that do arise.Please contact us via email at hello@drybabe.com.au
My tracking status states 'returned to sender'. What should I do?
At Dry Babe, we understand that a parcel delivery may not always be successful, and there are several reasons why it may be returned to us. In the event that a delivery is unsuccessful due to an error on the customer's part, such as incorrect or insufficient address information, failure to retrieve the package from a collection point, or failure to pay import taxes (for international orders outside of Australia), we offer several options.
Firstly, we can offer re-shipment at the customer's expense. Alternatively, we can offer a credit note or refund, minus the shipping cost. However, it is essential to note that it is the customer's responsibility to submit and confirm their correct address before completing the checkout process.
We take parcel delivery seriously, and we do our utmost to ensure that every delivery is successful. However, we cannot be held responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect customer information or failure to comply with customs regulations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally. We apologise for this inconvenience but hopefully as this small business grows we may consider this option. Thank you for your understanding.
RETURNS
Is return postage covered?
We will cover the cost of postage if the return is due to our error otherwise it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return postage fee.
My order has arrived damaged or faulty!
Please let us know at hello@drybabe.com.au within 7 days of receiving your product if there are any issues with it and you'd like to return or exchange it. We're here to assist you with the process.
We're happy to provide a free replacement (depending on stock availability) or a full refund. All goods must be returned to Dry Babe in their original condition, with the original tags and labels attached. Goods that have been damaged or altered from their original state are not eligible for return.
For your peace of mind, we suggest tracking your return parcel and keeping a copy of your receipt or proof of shipment, as we cannot process returns without the physical goods or proof of delivery. Once we've received your order, we'll aim to process your return within 3 business days.
